What are the shipping options and how much will it cost?

Your package will be delivered by SPIDI courier. For purchases over BGN 100, delivery is free.

When will I receive my purchase?

The delivery time is from 2 to 4 working days.

How do I return my order?

An order can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, in original commercial form and packaging, without signs of use, accompanied by all accompanying documents. The transportation of goods sent by the customer is always paid by the customer himself. Please do not send cash on delivery parcels, such parcels will not be accepted.

When will I get my money back when I return an item?

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments made by you without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract. We may delay your refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided us with proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Do I have an option to view the order?

Yes, the courier provides 10 minutes to review your order.
